I rented an apartment unit for about 2 years. Now is the month. The owner has indicated that the apartment was sold to new owners. Is my current contract should be repealed and a new validity, if the change of ownership takes place, or keep my old lease? What about the future if I stay in my apartment for 5 years or 10 years.
