Am I risking my life making my own yogurt? - yogurt thermometer
I started my yoghurt months myself and I love it.
When I started seeing recipes I've noticed a lot of warnings in relation to temperature and pollution. It occurred to me that the yogurt was long before the thermometer had, and I wonder how old disinfect shepherds and housewives to pots.
That said I plan to step in when I clean my bottles and cleaning Has anyone any experience w / this skip? What flavor yogurt as contaminated, and what are the health risks?
