Gnocchi Pasta Does Gnocchi Freeze Well?

Does gnocchi freeze well? - gnocchi pasta

I know you can freeze fresh pasta, but it does include potato gnocchi, I wonder if this came a little soft and would be a good thing?

No, no, it is not soft, for starters, it freezes very well. Store in a freezer to normal though. Never use the freezer to defrost the fridge and function itself (heating) tends to dehydrate quickly things () frostbite.

As you say, is a way to start soft and heavy with, so I do not think they freeze well.

That is the only way to keep a cool head, so we have to eat them or freeze. =] I would suggest eating fresh gnocchi, because it is * wonderful * and frozen is a little ... less wonderful. = P
If you prepare for a dinner or something, I recommend you buy today.
